What is “Wedding Beauty Beyond Binaries?”

Binaries are very black and white - this or that. he or she. yes or no. But life is not always binary, and we don’t believe in living that way! At Aeternum Artistry, our mission is to live and work beyond the binaries to create a life that is full of all of the wonderful “in between” magic. 🖤

So what do we mean when we say, “we do wedding beauty beyond binaries?” Put super simply, that means that we create wedding beauty for any and everyone no matter who you are, how you identify, what the color of your skin is, or anything else. It also means that you don’t have to have binary choices in your wedding beauty. Are you a cis man (he/him) that wants to have his hair styled and have a bit of makeup with some concealer or bronzer? We can do that! Are you nonbinary that presents more femme (she/they) who wants to feel made up, but not over the top? We do that too! Your wedding day is all about creating magic and memories, and the last thing you should have to do is stress about finding vendors who make you feel included and seen.

Living and working beyond binaries means that we don’t believe in saying no to anyone based on who they are or how they move through the world. It’s more than just saying that we are LGBTQ friendly or welcoming. It’s more than saying every one is welcome. It’s more than slapping a rainbow or some colored hearts on our social media pages. It’s how we should up, how we treat others in our work and in our personal lives. How we live out our values on a daily basis. What is doesn’t mean is if you identify as a traditional bride or groom that we don’t serve you. Part of our core values is including everyone so that truly means everyone!
